Holly Parry & Co. is a coaching and consulting company based in Sydney, Australia. We develop and support courageous leaders and teams to skilfully navigate the complexities of organisational change.

We help our clients:

Get perspective on what they are doing and their ‘why’.

Understand their impact on each other and their business outcomes.

Develop the skills and practices that enable them to adapt and move towards what is most aligned with their highest aspirations.

Most importantly, we support leaders and their teams to take action on the real issues impacting their performance, engagement and wellbeing. Often it is what is left unsaid and unworked through that prevents leaders and teams from achieving exceptional outcomes.

In her work as an Executive Coach, Holly has been credited by a number of clients for helping them to facilitate significant personal and professional shifts.  

She enjoys the opportunity to support individuals grappling with their own leadership, wellbeing and engagement challenges, and helping them to move to a place of empowerment and alignment to their values.

Holly draws on a variety of approaches in line with her client’s needs and preferences (for example; mindfulness practices; solutions focused and cognitive behavioural approaches; positive psychology, adult development theory).
