Holly Parry & Co. is a coaching and consulting company based in Sydney, Australia. We develop and support courageous leaders and teams to skilfully navigate the complexities of organisational change.

Holly Parry & Co.
Holly has specialised in People & Development for over 20 years and has a deep understanding of and experience in creating exceptional team and organisational performance. She has worked with many different teams as a team coach and leadership advisor across a variety of sectors.
Clients describe Holly as wise, compassionate, provocative and a highly skilled facilitator of team performance, culture and capability.
Experience and Approach
Holly has designed and led a number of organisational and team cultural change initiatives and is passionate about culture and emotionally intelligent leadership as critical levers for exceptional organisational and team performance.
She is known for building the capabilities of teams and their leaders to courageously inquire into the value they create and the impact they have on each other, their clients and the communities they serve.
She works in partnership with her clients to help them uncover their highest hopes and aspirations and works collaboratively with them to transform fuzzy visions of what is possible into tangible results.
She works hard to create the psychological safety conducive to experimenting with different ways of being and operating.

In her work as an Executive Coach, Holly has been credited by a number of clients for helping them to facilitate significant personal and professional shifts.
She enjoys the opportunity to support individuals grappling with their own leadership, wellbeing and engagement challenges, and helping them to move to a place of empowerment and alignment to their values.
Holly draws on a variety of approaches in line with her client’s needs and preferences (for example; mindfulness practices; solutions focused and cognitive behavioural approaches; positive psychology, adult development theory).
